So, since I managed 12 push-ups in the self-test, that put me into Column 3.

Resting 60 seconds between sets:

Set 1: 10
Set 2: 12
Set 3: 7
Set 4: 7
Set 5: maximum, at least 9 - I did 12

Total today: 48

Tomorrow, Gothercise.
