Yeah, I've been slacking a little. But I am trying not to use missing the exact day as a reason to ditch the program entirely.

Knee push-ups, flat palms.

Also, yesterday, I broke 140 for the first time in at least a year. 139.6. The pink bikini, it taunts me.
